Registration, Abstract Submission, Fee payment

Registration includes three steps*:

  1. Please fill the Registration form* (until 1 May 2021 23 May 2021).
  2. Create Personal account where you can submit your abstract ( until 1 May 2021 23 May 2021).
  3. Registration fee payment* in Personal account (Until 22th August 2021).

Instructions for participants who registered in 2020:

  1. Please fill the Registration form (until 1 May 2021 23 May 2021). We need new information about participants and their plans to take part in additional events.
  2. ! Use the previously created Personal account in 2020 !
    In your Personal account, you can update the information necessary for participation in the Conference, as well as submit new abstract or edit previously submitted abstract.
  3. If you have not paid the registration fee yet, then pay the registration fee in your Personal Account (until August 22, 2021). Information about the status of payment of the registration fee and additional services is available in the Personal Account.

*Participants without report need also fill out the Registration form and create Personal account.
Put “No” in fields: Presentation title, Authors, Title, etc.

Cancellation Policy: 
1. Registrations cancelled more than 30 days before the event will be refunded in full sum of registration fees except handling fee of 10 euros.
2. Registrations cancelled 14-29 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees minus banking costs.
3. Registrations cancelled less than 14 days before the event will be not eligible for a refund.
