To make your hotel reservation and prepayment you should first register. Enter your account using your login and password, click “Accommodation” and fill in necessary booking fields.
The period of guaranteed reservation is September 12-16, 2021. If you want to book the hotel for earlier or later dates please contact the conference manager.
Your booking should be made and paid in full in advance before August 05, 2021 in order to guarantee accommodation!

Check in time is 14:00. Check out time is 12:00.
If you want to check in before 14:00 (from 00:00) you should pay extra price of one night stay in the hotel.
If you want to stay for a few hours after check out time (till 00:00) you should pay extra price of one night stay in the hotel.
A small registration fee (200-300 RUB) will be imposed at the hotel reception-desk for the foreign citizens registration.
Cancellation Terms
For hotel booking cancellations received until August 10, 2021 the sum of payment will be refunded completely, minus banking costs.
If cancellation is made after August 10, 2021 and until August 31, 2021 the cost of one night stay and the amount of banking costs will be charged. The rest of the payment will be reimbursed.
If cancellation is made on or after September 01, 2021 and in case of the no-show the penalty is 100% payment for the whole period of reservation.
In all cases of cancellations all banking costs are covered by participants. All refunds will be made within 2 weeks after the Conference has been finished.
