The conference articles will be published (after peer review procedure) in the Semiconductors. For technical reasons the publication is scheduled at the end of 2019.
Your manuscript must be sent as one pdf-file where figures and tables are inserted in the right order in the text (not separately). Please indicate the affiliations of authors, email address of the corresponding author, and four or five key words. Sections “Acknowledgments” and “Funding” must be placed separately. At the end of manuscripts there is Section “Conflict of interest” where the authors declare that they have no conflict of interest. Otherwise, possible reasons must be indicated.
