The venue of the XVI Interstate Conference “Thermoelectrics and their Applications 2018” (ISCTA 2018) is CONGRESS HALL “VASILYEVSKY” (2, Embankment of Smolenka river, St. Petersburg), located in the building of St. Petersburg Art Museum, on Vasilievsky Island.
The Congress Hall “Vasilievsky” is built in the Empire style. Impressive and reliable outside, this majestic building is hospitable and cozy inside. Visitors are always impressed by a hall with a colonnade and a ceremonial two-march staircase leading to the halls along bright and spacious corridors with canvases on the walls.
ISCTA 2018 will take place at the conference halls “Sofiyskiy” (opening ceremony), “Aleksandrovskiy” and “Borisoglebskiy”. Wi-Fi is available in all halls.
The nearest Metro Station is “Sportivnaya”, which allows easy access to the historic city center and railway stations. One of the famous sights of St. Petersburg – the Spit of Vasilievsky Island is in 10 minutes walk.
