Registration fee payment


To pay an organizational fee and pay for additional options, please create a personal account.

  1. Enter your First name, Last name, email, and password.
  2. You will receive a message with the address of the link that you will need to activate (just in case, please check the spam).
  3. Please, login to your personal account. You need to enter your email and password.

After login to your personal account:

  • Registration data: choose your country from the list and press SAVE button.
  • Registration Fee: choose and SAVE the registration fee.
  • Accomodation tab: Please enter only your desired arrival and departure dates.

Later on this tab will appear the lists of hotels with special offers and the possibility of booking. At the moment we collect statistics of participants who wish to use this opportunity and the desired dates of stay. As soon as we collect the information, we will send it to our partners and activate the possibility of booking.

  • Additional Servises: now it is not active.

  • Payment: here you can pay the registration fee.

Check the box next to the registration fee and select the payment method – Credit Card (online payment by card through the payment system Assist) or Bank Transfer (an invoice will be generated for payment by bank transfer).
When paying online by credit card, the total will be increased by 5% due to the cost of transaction.

If you are planning to pay the registration fee by a legal entity, please send bank details of your organization, as well as full name, position and on the basis of which the head of the organization acts, to Then you will receive a contract and an invoice for payment.
